I'm afraid you can't, because they are hardcoded in HTML.

i have a follow-up question..how do you add a padding to the video? like you do in pics, you use .album { elements }..
for videos is it
.video { elements } ??

It's ".videothumb"

if it happened to be on youtube.com or imeem.com i think you cant, depends on their posters vid i guess
if it is your video load it on windows media maker, then save it as another vid file before you upload it here
and if you just want to embed it, i suggest you search for other file hosting site (that can also give you a embed code for your vid) before you post it here

it is hard coded

bt really IT IS POSSIBL3

cause the video is a link - image hard coded in the html
whereas the frames are in the background image
...

USE THIS CODE

.videothumb table {
visibility:hidden;
}
.videothumb table a {
visibility:visible;
}

indeed.. i remember now! i already saw one of your (maria) replies that have these codes..
alogena wrote on Dec 18, '07, edited on Dec 18, '07
its a nice trick

not all time it is possible to apply this

it depends by the code
for this one, the display:block didnt work
no idea why
but visibility does
