I've searched high and low, but can't find any instructions on how to place a 'tagged content box' on my right rail. I move my tag cloud to the rail ( that worked fine ), and I added some links ( click-able image type ), but is it possible to display a tagged content box on the rail?

I link videos to tagged boxes on my front page, and I'd like to move the youtube tagged box to the rail so that when I tag a video ( I embed the videos on a link page ) the tagged box displays the list of videos with the 'youtube' tag automatically. I've been able to embed videos on the rail, but the html is getting long, and isn't very friendly ( it inserts breaks every time you edit ).

Would moving a tagged box be similar to moving the tag cloud from the welcome box? If so, is there a unique name for each tagged box in the css? I don't want to move all the tagged boxes!
